Frequently Asked Questions

No. You must complete the same activity for the entire month (choose wisely).

Absolutely. You can mix it up throughout the month.
  • You can do multiple sets in a single session. (Ex. 4 sets of 25 at once)
  • You can do multiple sets in multiple sessions. (Ex. 5 sets of 10, twice a day)
  • BEAST MODE: You can do it all at once. (Ex. 1 set of 100, once a day)

A day is consecutive waking hours. When you walk up, the day starts. When you go to bed, the day ends.

You can do as many as you want… but you must complete at least 100.
